Procurement of Printing Policy Brief Booklets – RFQ No. 04_2023

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are kindly requested to submit your quotation for the following:

• Printing of Policy Brief Booklets – 400 copies
• We also request that your quotation be submitted using the format specified in Annex C.

Submission Guidelines:
Email submissions must not exceed 10MB and should be sent in no more than two transmissions.

All submissions must be virus-free and free from corrupted content. Quotations failing to meet this requirement will be rejected.

Evaluation Criteria:
Quotations will be evaluated based on the lowest-priced, technically compliant bid, as per the criteria outlined in Annex A.

Pricing Discrepancies:
In case of a discrepancy between the unit price and the total price (derived by multiplying the unit price by quantity), the unit price shall prevail, and CEFROHT will adjust the total price accordingly. If the bidder does not accept the corrected price, their quotation will be rejected.
